CLUSGRID – EUROPEAN SMART GRIDS AND SMART CITIES PROJECT
PROVIDING BETTER SERVICES TO SMART GRIDS IN THE SMART GRIDS VALUE CHAIN
On 7 th and 8th of June, the SCS Cluster will host a delegation of 5 European clusters representing the smart grids value chain; Secartys (energy and ICT, Spain), SEcPHO (photonics, Spain), Canarias Excellencia Technologica (ICT, Spain) , Wschodni Klaster ICT (ICT, Poland), and Industrial Cluster Srednegorie (Energy, Bulgaria).
This visit is part of the CLUSGRID project of the COSME Cluster Excellence program funded by the European Commission. This project aims to improve the management of partner clusters in order to provide better services to SMEs in the Smart Grid value chain.
SCS CLUSTER, PROJECT LEADER
The role of the SCS Cluster (the only cluster of the partnership that has been awarded the Gold label for the excellence of its management), is to transfer its good practices in terms of management, liveliness of its ecosystem, catalyst of innovation, and internationalisation to other clusters.
The first day will take place in Sophia-Antipolis and the second day in Nice in collaboration with the Capenergies cluster and the Nice Côte d’Azur metropolis, to present the major initiatives involving the regional ecosystem in the field of smart grids and smart cities : Flexgrid project, Smart City Innovation Centre, IRIS project …
