Solutions for the self-adaptation in-situ of communicating systems
In the context of very powerful systems and critical applications, the general objective of the project is to conceive Self-adapting Systems which are able to control their close environment and to adapt to various scenarios and requirements.
Although, the methodology suggested in the project is generic and can be applied to any system of high efficiencies, the context of E-health is used like demonstrator. In this context, the project concentrates on the remote monitoring for which the patient is equipped with an introduced sensor (capsule) which communicates with an external electronic device playing the part of a footbridge (“gateway”) towards an infrastructure of network. We identified three major cases in the medical electronic devices: devices with passive “face-end”, devices with active “face-end” and management of the consumption.
