Our project proposes the establishment of a “trusted third party” platform in the personal services sector. This platform will, for a given beneficiary, list the respective contributions of the various funders (CG, CRAM, …) and beneficiaries whose sum corresponds to the amount due for a service rendered by a provider. It will then, once the service has been performed, be able to trigger the billing process with the relevant parties and the beneficiary on behalf of the service provider. This complex ecosystem is very expensive in terms of time and resources for service providers, the proposed solution allows them to reduce repayment times and administrative burden. They are then able to allocate more time to the beneficiaries and thus to provide them with a better service. Beneficiaries will be able to use an easy-to-use technology, the NFC, to perform the services provided and the regional councils will be able to get rid of tedious tasks.
